Area Sales Manager, North East
Solus are hoping to discover the next star Area Sales Manager to become part of our growing Sales team. Covering the North East region, the role of Area Sales Manager will include promoting the Company, products and services, to the specification market place on a day to day basis. Calling on Architects, Designers, Contractors and similar business types to achieve strong and long term working relationships, resulting in profitable business opportunities and repeat sales. You must have the ability to meet and exceed sales expectations.
You will also promote the company via social media, through networking events, functions, and trade shows. You will be a strong leader and will direct your support team, offering guidance and support. An essential quality is to be a team player, have a strong work ethic, along with good organisational and people skills.
You will be required to manage your diary and time efficiently, acting as an intermediary between our captive market place and the Company. Responding to email and web requests and other incoming enquiries.
You must have the ability to listen and understand the requirements of your customers, and effectively communicate clear and precise transfer of information back to your support team.
The role demands a high level of commitment and you will be required to work additional hours as necessitated by the needs of the business to fulfil your job role.
