Our aim at Solus Ceramics is to meet the needs of our customers by offering exceptional service and the widest possible choice of tiling products.

In order to maintain our extensive portfolio of products, we actively seek out new and innovative manufacturers from around the globe. Additionally, we nurture our long-standing relationships with industry leading manufacturers.

Building trust in our customer relationships is one of our core values. We support our clients at all stages of a project from inception through to realisation and we are able to advise on both technical and aesthetic aspects. On occasions when unique tiling concepts are required, we can coordinate the production of bespoke elements that harmonise perfectly with our client’s brand identity.

In order to maintain a consistent quality of service we have implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with the principles of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. We are committed to complying with the requirements of the standard and will regularly review our Quality Management System in order to continually improve its effectiveness. We will use our Quality Management System as the framework for establishing clear quality objectives, against which to measure and continually improve our performance. Our quality objectives and this, our quality policy, will be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure they continue to be relevant and challenging to our organisation, encouraging our continued growth and improvement.

We look to involve all our staff in the development and improvement of our business processes.
