Solus, a leading supplier of innovative architectural wall and floor tiles, wowed crowds at this year’s Clerkenwell Design Week with a showcase of innovative and exiting tile designs at its brand new showroom located in the heart of Clerkenwell.
Exhibiting for the first time, Solus showcased some of its most exciting new tiling trends and also hosted a number of manufacturer and design events in its new showroom throughout the three-day exhibition, which attracted more than 3,000 people.
New and innovative tiles ranges were displayed throughout the event, including the Eloquent range. A refined and modern collection, Eloquent conjures a distinctly contemporary ambience that would not look out of place in busy public sector building or a chic office development.
Made up of six neutral colours, the range includes warm beige hues as well as a selection of warm grey neutral shades. Each colour is solid and uniform, but each tile possesses subtle cloudy movements and soft, miniscule speckles.
Now in its 9thyear, the award winning Clerkenwell Design Week has firmly established itself as the UK’s leading independent design festival and annually attracts the international design community to this small area of London for three days of exciting events. Visiting the award-winning exhibition is a unique audience of architects, designers, specifiers and retailers looking to source directly for their latest projects.
Marcus Bentley, Managing Director of Solus, commented: “We are thrilled to have exhibited at Clerkenwell Design Week for the first time. It provides us with the perfect platform to not only highlight our brand new showroom, but also the extensive range of products and services we have to offer to architects and specifiers.
“We had more than 3,000 guests visit Solus Clerkenwell during the festival, exploring our innovative product and partner exhibitions and attending our evening networking events. Meeting our customers first hand provides us with invaluable feedback and we are excited to build upon the impact we have made in Clerkenwell and look forward to taking part again next year.”
