Overview and Objectives of the Position:
Processing corporate sales, purchase orders and returns efficiently, working to tight deadlines, adapting to the various demands of the role. Liaising with suppliers and hauliers daily to ensure the most cost-effective method of supply is achieved. Providing clear and concise communication to our customers from order receipt to supply, regularly updating them on their orders progress. In addition, working with the commercial team and directors to develop corporate sales and providing administrative support I this area.

Key Accountabilities:
- Liaise with customers and suppliers by telephone and e-mail
- Produce and send pricing schedules to non-corporate and corporate customers as required
- Process architect/contractor sample requests, including web requests as required by the corporate team
- Provide product specific data sheets as requested
- Ensure accurate placement of orders with manufacturers and suppliers
- Arrange cost effective transportation of orders from our factory partners in Europe for onward delivery to global project sites
- Organise express and container deliveries direct to site
- Organise UK transportation to site where necessary
- Acknowledge ongoing status of order to the customer
- Prepare sales order documentation for dispatch
- Collating new product code detail for stock loader to be added to SAP by stock control
- Update and maintain accurate communication and forecasts on SAP system for corporate projects
- Continuously monitor all stocks allocated to live sales orders for pro-forma and account customers
- Liaise with credit control regarding new accounts, account limits, on hold orders for dispatch within SAP
- Process sales returns in agreement with the managing director and ensuring any suitable returned stock is moved into ECOMM for sale through our website
- Offer customers add on products to increase sales
- Carry out further tasks as may from time to time be delegated to you by your team leader & manager
Qualifications, Experience and Personal Qualities:
- Similar previous role
- Previous use of SAP (Or other CRM / ERP systems) would be an advantage but not essential
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to deal effectively with internal and external contacts ranging from executive to administrative levels, and to produce effective summaries and reports as required
- Highly motivated self-starter, with a positive, professional attitude, strong work ethic, and critical attention to detail
- Evidence of strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- High degree of personal integrity and professional accountability
Language Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Knowledge of other languages are an advantage
