Glasgow’s vibrant culinary scene is served a new course thanks to the dynamic Scoop Restaurants Group. Building on the success of Ox and Finch, Sebbs, and Ka Pao, Margo Restaurant on Miller Street is Scoop’s latest, stylish new venture. Solus is thrilled to have played a part in its stunning design.

  • Wall:

We worked closely with Stuart Black, Head of Interiors at Mosaic Architecture, to bring his vision for Margo's entrance foyer, washrooms, and feature areas to life. The result is a space that perfectly complements the restaurant's modern and sophisticated atmosphere.

Lucques olives from Carcassonne, red prawn agnolotti del pin, skate wing with kumqat kosho can be enjoyed in a space that is elegant and natural. Solus supplied the warm Terracotta Potters, bringing a sense of earthy charm, the vibrant Colour Bar Golden, along with a selection of premium custom tiles. The carefully selected tiles work together harmoniously, like the ingredients of your supper, to create a memorable ambience.

We’re proud to have contributed to the creation of such a beautiful and inviting space in which many happy memories will surely be made. Mosaic Architecture have created a thoughtful design that complements the culinary aesthetics of the restaurant, and we’re delighted that our tiles have play a key role in its overall aesthetic.
