Tiles Used
Tiles from the innovative Tumulus 1 range were supplied.
Outcome
Solus was proud to celebrate the completion of a £6m redesign of a hotel in London after supplying bespoke tiles for a unique reception area.
The Citadines Prestige Trafalgar Square reopened its doors in April 2012 following a nine-month refurbishment of all apartments, service areas and reception.
Large format tiles from the versatile and contemporary Tumulus 1 range were waterjet cut to various angular shapes to create an on-trend finish, helping to generate a welcoming ambience.
Three complimentary tones of white, warm grey and black were chosen to produce an eye catching and interesting floor design.
The Geometric designs were continued through selected
wall finishes and even the furniture to create a unique space, which draws the eye at every opportunity.
Solus supplied floor and wall tiles to all guest rooms and back of house areas within the Trafalgar site, having also worked closely with the brand on the refit of their two other London locations.
