Building trust in our customer relationships is one of our core values. We support our clients at all stages of a project from inception through to realisation and we are able to advise on both technical and aesthetic aspects. On occasions when unique tiling or flooring concepts are required, we can coordinate the production of bespoke elements that harmonise perfectly with our client’s brand identity.
In order to maintain a consistent quality of service we have implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with the principles of the ISO 9001 standard. We are committed to complying with the requirements of this and all applicable standards, regulations and legislature.
We will regularly review our Quality Management System in order to continually improve its effectiveness and we will use it as the framework for establishing clear quality objectives, against which to measure and continually improve our performance. Our quality objectives and this, our quality policy, will be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure they continue to be relevant and challenging to our organisation, encouraging our continued growth and improvement.
We look to involve all our staff in the development and improvement of our business processes. Accordingly, the participation of all staff members is encouraged, not only in ensuring our quality objectives are met but also in the continual improvement of our methods and practices.
