Making a bold statement in Brent, Solus has supplied colourful and unique exterior wall tiles to an innovative housing development.
Fawood Avenue, situated in northwest London, offers more than 66 modern and innovative flats for homeless families, residential care and part ownership use.
The development, which was rated as Eco Homes Very Good features a variety of blue, green and yellow, fully vitrified tiles from the vibrant Westlock range- an expansive series of weather withstanding ceramic wall tiles with more than 70 colours to choose from.
Tiles were laid in a regular brick like pattern and cover the entire ground floor and rise in selected columns all the way to the roof.In contrast to the laying style, irregular bands of pastel yellow alpine green, sky blue and deep azure form abstract stripes of colour across the building, merging into the sky above.
