Description
Golden Bee in Shoreditch is home to a fabulous feature wall fixed with black glossy tiles from the aptly name Diamond range. The unusual tiles create a distinct visual treat, creating numerous shapes that will entice the eyes.
Tiles Used
Three dimensional wall tiles from the aptly named Diamond range, and on-trend hexagonal tiles were supplied to this project.
Outcome
A new bar in Shoreditch is creating a buzz with its eccentric drinks menu, strikingly contemporary interior design and its unusual wall and floor tiles.
Solus were briefed with supplying tiles for a feature wall and floor tiles for a bar surround. The overall aesthetic of the bar was to be theatrically eclectic with features such as velvet drapes, neon and shocking accent colours.
At the forefront of tiling fashions Solus were excited to source a number of unusual and unconventional shaped tiles for the bar. Solus supplied 12m2 of angular diamond shaped tiles from the aptly named Diamond range in a stunning glossy black, which were fitted to a feature wall of the bar, creating an iconic and elaborate display.
The beautiful wall tiles were recently showcased on the front cover of Bar Magazine, which is a testament to the modern aesthetic quality that the unusual tiles evoke.
