Outcome
Inspired by Soho’s artistic and creative past and imbued with decor ideas evoking the heady decadence of the 1780s, Six Stories provides a range of cosy, candlelit spaces, intimate lounges and wallpapered studies – perfect for private parties and gatherings.
Design by Russell Sage Studios for the iconic events and venue team Camm & Hooper, Six Stories evokes the spirit of old Manhattan with innovative drinks concepts, quirky finishing touches, cocktail menus buried within the pages of faux-antique novels and the bartenders’ informal, enthusiastic service bear testament to this New York inspiration.
Russell Sage Studio worked with Solus to find the perfect floor tiles for the entrance lobby bar, a no-reservation cocktail bar that opens out onto street level.
Featuring rustic wood, gilded chandeliers and indulgent drapes, the bar is reminiscent of a regal hotel lobby, and truly feels like guests are stepping into a different period of time.
Solus worked closely with the design team to supply high quality marble effect porcelain tiles from the Palace range, helping to create an authentic chequered floor design. The stand out element of the design being an intricate circular floor pattern – created with the latest tile fabrication technology.
